The terms of use prescribe conditions and rules for Users and refer to the use of the website www.christi-lux.com. By using the Website, Users declare that they agree with the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use and agree to use the Website www.christi-lux.com in accordance with them. We advise users to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions before making a purchase and to check them regularly in order to be familiar with all rights and obligations.
The right to use the website is the User’s personal right and cannot be transferred in any way to other natural or legal persons, nor is any user authorized to register other natural or legal persons.
The product purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded at the moment of the product order.

The user is obliged to provide accurate, complete and valid personal data when filling out the registration form. Acting contrary to this, authorizes the Seller to deny such a user access or realization of all or part of the services offered by www.christi-lux.com.
The user is aware of the fact that there are sometimes service interruptions, or events that are beyond the control of FIAT LUX d.o.o. za and accepts that the company FIAT LUX d.o.o. is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the transmission of information on the Internet. The User agrees and accepts that access to the Website may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled.
The company FIAT LUX d.o.o. reserves the right at any time and without prior notice, if it deems it necessary, to cancel or change the content of the General Terms and Conditions, product range, product prices or the content of the website www.christi-lux.com. Therefore, Users are obliged to review the content of the General Terms and Conditions of Business before each use of the website www.christi-lux.com. The opposite action releases the Seller from any responsibility. The mentioned changes will come into force upon publication at www.christi-lux.com.

The use of this website www.christi-lux.com is the sole responsibility of the User. The seller is released from all responsibility for damage that may have occurred when visiting the website www.christi-lux.com as a result of illegal actions by third parties, computer viruses, interruption in the communication line, unauthorized access, inappropriate behavior, negligence and the like, and other cases for which the seller is not responsible . Conclusion and termination of sales contracts

The subject and commercial purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of a selected product or service via the “www.christi-lux.com” web store with payment of the appropriate fee – the price of that product or service. The Agreement is concluded by means of remote communication (Agreement concluded at a distance) via: internet order-web the market.
After successful registration (correctly filling in all required information), a notification about successful registration will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail.
The products that can be purchased are advertised on “www.christi-lux.com” and information on the product specification and price is provided with each product.
The desired product is selected by saving it in the “basket” by clicking on the “Basket” link.

Before concluding the Agreement, the user has the opportunity to review the Terms of Use of “www.christi-lux.com” which are listed in the

Support drop-down menu (notices from the Consumer Protection Act, and notice of the user’s right to unilateral termination of the Agreement with the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement from Article 79. of the Consumer Protection Act.)

Pursuant to Article 79, paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the user may unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer without giving any reason.

The User does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service has been fully fulfilled, and the fulfillment has begun with his express prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service is fully fulfilled.

Unilateral termination of the contract

In order for the User to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he must notify FIAT LUX d.o.o. about its decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the deadline.
The statement must be sent by mail to Kozari 1D, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia or by email to info@christi-lux.com.

In the Statement, it is necessary to state: invoice number, invoice date, name and surname, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address.

If the user unilaterally terminates the Agreement, he will be refunded the money received from him, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when FIAT LUX d.o.o. receives the user’s decision on unilateral termination of the Agreement.
The refund will be made in the same way the user made the payment. In the event that the user agrees to another way of returning the paid amount, he does not bear any costs in relation to the return. Refund FIAT LUX d.o.o. can only be performed if the User does not use the service/content provided to him or if the provided service does not correspond to the advertised service description, either due to technical problems or similar causes.
